Whilst 2021 saw some challenges due to the restriction on movement of goods and people, BCH has thrived throughout the past year ensuring their ongoing service to clients in terms of project delivery. New product development and after sales support have continued as much as permissible.
2022 has started with a bang for BCH after securing several major international projects across their food and confectionery portfolio in the lead up to the Christmas shut down.
In order to maintain a safe working environment, BCH have systems in place to accommodate an extremely busy calendar in their Innovation facility organising trials to demonstrate the latest multicolour extrusion and 100% Fruit processing systems with clients in attendance, or from a remote location.
In line with their continuous improvement philosophy and working closely with their clients, BCH have further developed clean in place systems for their liquorice and starch gel production machines. Making them the only true clean in place solution, which is unrivalled in the market and meets the strictest of hygiene standards.
BCH has a continuing commitment to invest in new technologies, and an on-going desire to increase their process knowledge base. This commitment, together with in-house skilled engineering and food technology expertise, enables us to work closely with both new and existing clients from all over the world. The 500m² Innovation Centre houses an impressive range of test and demonstration equipment, services, and facilities, all of which are supported by in-house personnel with a wide-ranging knowledge of process design, food science, engineering, and software.
