Agathon, a producer of high quality chocolate moulds and Pinco, a drying rooms manufacturer for jelly products are delighted to announce their cooperation for the development of the logTEC technology for the manufacturing of jellies.
Both innovative companies are entering into a partnership supporting the jelly producers’ process monitoring under industry 4.0 standards, such as in validation and improvement for the drying cycle.
Combining the Agathon’s logTEC technology and Pinco’s expertise, a complete data analysis will become an efficient tool for all global Pinco customers: an outstanding device for the monitoring of product quality and process transparency, with the priorities being on energy analysis and savings.
