Läderach Chocolatier Suisse announced today the launch of a new vegan chocolate collection formulated with cashew milk instead of dairy milk, coconut blossom sugar instead of sugar and no preservatives. The coconut blossom sugar is organic, coming from Indonesia, the cashew milk from Vietnam, and cocoa beans from Ecuador and Ghana. The new vegan chocolate collection will have a specially marked ‘Vegan Taste Approved’ packaging sticker.
22 fresh vegan chocolates from Läderach will be available online and in 40 stores across the US and Canada. This includes Creamy Cashew Tablet, made with cashew milk and coconut blossom sugar, FrischSchoggi Vegan Cashew made from roasted and caramelized whole cashew nights, and Creamy Cashew Vegan Popcorn, caramelized popcorn encased in vegan dark chocolate.
“Our Läderach team is proud to offer the vegan community delicious new premium fresh artisanal vegan chocolates made bean-to-bar in-house and delivered directly from Switzerland,” commented Nathanael Hausmann, President, Läderach North America. “With our unique ingredients and extreme attention to craftsmanship, our new vegan chocolates can unlock a rewarding five sensory experience and compliment any occasion well, synonymous to our existing Läderach premium chocolate collection.”
Other dark chocolate with fruit and nuts suitable for vegans include the FrischSchoggi collection, with 70% Cacao recipe, 64% Cacao Lemon, Almond Dark, Blackberry Dark, and others. Its pralines include Praline Pavé and Pavés Grand Cru, which has eight pieces in a box. For snacking, the company offers Dark Chocolate Orange Sticks, Slices, Rocher, Choco Flakes and Ginger Sticks (all in a dark chocolate flavour).
