Workday, Inc., a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, have announced that Cloetta, a leading global confectionery company has selected Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), to streamline and standardise its HR policies, processes, and reporting, while increasing the efficiency and quality of HR support for both managers and employees.
Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Cloetta is the leader in the Nordic confectionery market with a heritage dating back to 1872. Cloetta manufactures and markets confectionary, chocolate products, nuts, pastilles, chewing gum and pick & mix concepts. Cloetta´s products are sold in more than 50 markets and include well-known brands: Malaco, The Jelly Bean Factory, and Sportlife.
With Workday HCM, Cloetta will transform its HR business for more than 2,600 users, providing managers across 11 countries with real-time insights and reporting. The Workday deployment will also ensure that Cloetta meets the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance requirements.
